New Rick’s Cabaret In Dallas Texas

I believe this will be their fourth club in the area, I know my friend was the DJ at the now Onyx club which they own as well.. Schevelle and I were just in Dallas at The Lodge and noticed there was still plenty of money in the area unlike many cities in the country that used to be good and now seem depressed.

Rick’s Cabaret to build new gentlemen’s club near Dallas-Fort Worth Airport
 
Rick’s Cabaret International Inc (NASDAQ:RICK), an operator of adult nightclubs, on Thursday announced that it will build a gentlemen’s club near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport which is scheduled to open in summer 2010.

President and CEO Eric Langan said the company will pay USD2.4m for the land on the Airport Freeway (Highway 183) and USD2.1m in a turnkey agreement for the construction and furnishing of a 10,000-square-foot building.

The land will be acquired after a certificate of occupancy has been received for the building.
