1) How long have you been in the industry? How did you get started? Have you had fun in the industry?
I’ve been in the industry for about 4 1/2 years now! I started doing nude modeling & still pics for a few websites, I started to meet people along the way & now work with MistysXXXgirls!! I feel if you’re not having fun in the industry you shouldn’t be in it.
2) Are you concerned with the rights of the adult industry to make and produce movies/web clips?
Very much so. I work in a legitimate business & we deserve the right to produce any product & sell the product just like any other company would.
The adult industry just has a different audience & a different style on selling retail but we need to be treated like any other company.
3)Could you talk about what it is actually like on a set, as far as having ID, signing model releases, having a AIM test, etc? Have you seen or heard of anyone in the legitimate adult industry knowingly using minors in films or the web?
I believe there are some companies out in other countries who do the “kiddie porn” just because there’s an audience for that particular fetish but it’s not my place to discuss other CEO tactics. I get tested every month, make sure everyone else I work with has current testing & being of legal age to star in porn is heavily asked when it comes to IDs, release forms & taking pictures with your IDs as well! It should come with the business.
4) Do you ever get offended by shows like South Park or Family Guy? What do you think about shows/writing that offends people?
South Park is my favorite cartoon show along with Drawn Together & Aqua Teen Hunger Force!! If someone is offended by these kind of shows they shouldn’t be watching them. Everyone needs to have a sense of humor especially in working in a unique profession.
5) What do you think about some of the stuff that pushes the limit in the adult industry, stuff like Max Hardcore, Kink.com, JM Productions?
Everyone has a fetish, there’s always going to be someone out there who will put it on film or in print & then there’s the legal way to do it…I think they just got to careless in showing their audience what they can do.
6) Have you ever been asked to do a scene or something on film that you thought was crazy and wondered if it was offensive/legal? What was it? Did you do the scene or the act anyway?
There’s a few times in the past that I’ve been asked to do something out of my league & I have set standards on what I do & don’t do….I usually discuss the scene before I okay in shooting it.
7) Is the “character” you play in your DVD’s anything like you in real life?
Well, I do keep my business & personal very separate. Erika Kane is someone who openly involves sex in every aspect of her being, she’s an exhibitionist& loves showing the world how she likes to get fucked! In my real world, my love life & personality is very different.
What is the craziest thing you have done/or scene you’ve been in on camera?
I’m also a videographer & one time I filmed a hardcore video where there’s a dominatrix with her slave & throughout the scene she’s totally brutal to her slave until she gets drunk & then the slave has his way with her. I haven’t experienced anything with that kind of fetish…I that it was pretty wicked.
9) Have you been involved with trying to change people’s opinions about the industry?
Why bother. I don’t believe in changing the way people think, if they think down on what I do then that’s their opinion. Those kind of people will not make or break me so I just hold my head up high & do what I do best.
10) Why do you think the industry is so caught up on the portrayal of
young- a lot of DVD’s always say “18 & 19 years old” etc?
It’s a certain audience getter, there’s a fetish & a genre for everyperson so if someone out there likes the 18 Yr old vids then that’s what they’ll get.

Make sure that if you’re thinking about getting into the business that this is what you want your career goal & path to be. Don’t do it for money or to get laid with good looking people…If this particular career is what you want to achieve then do it with an open mind & with that…patience is virtue.
