Lutz, Fl/ A Entertainment News- Back from a mini tour and ready to rock their home city the band 16 Second Stare will be performing a free concert for fans and friends at the Stare House in Lutz Florida Tuesday Night from 7pm to 9pm. The free jam session can be attended by all and special celebrity guests are expected to attend.
