City Of Peoria Sues Elliots For Having Dressing Room

This pisses me off to no end, Elliots is a clean run, honest place, Porn Star Devon Michaels is part owner of the club. I emceed the grand opening and the place has steadily been getting bigger ever since. This reminds me of the place Stouton, Mass where you have to get dressed in a trailer out back, ask Jenna Jameson what she did to protest that, back to the point, its a great place with honest people and they get the trouble from the government. I wonder why Peoria? Idea: Look at the cities history, go as far back as Al Capone, you will figure it out.

The City of Peoria has filed a lawsuit against Elliott’s on North University Street.

The suit says the men’s club is using the building next door for a dressing room for the club’s dancers.

That, the city says, is against the agreement between the city and Elliott’s owners, which banned any adult club use of that part of the property for ten years.

The city—in a released statement—said it intended to try the case in the court and not the press…and wasn’t commenting further.
